Honeywell 05701-A-0325 System 57 Main Power Supply Distribution Card For Fire & Gas Detection Rack
Manufacturer: Honeywell Analytics (Sieger System 57 Series, UK Origin)
Part Number: 05701-A-0325 System 57 rack power distribution card
Product Type: Hot-swappable rack-mounted power feed module, central DC power distribution board for System 57 gas detection subrack
Matching Platform: Honeywell System 57 modular fire & gas safety control rack, compatible with 5701 single-channel / 5704 four-channel gas detection cards, 05701-A-0284 catalytic sensor card, 05701-A-0283 4–20mA toxic gas card
Core Function: Accept external 24VDC main power input; regulated power distribution to all slot-mounted gas detection channel cards; built-in main fuse + individual channel overcurrent protection; reverse polarity, short-circuit, overvoltage hardware protection; dual detachable terminal blocks for easy wiring maintenance; front panel power/overload/fault LED indicators; backplane bus power routing for all plug-in modules; supports hot card replacement without rack power shutdown
1. Product Overview
05701-A-0325 is the dedicated central power distribution card for Honeywell System 57 modular fire and gas detection rack, acting as the power hub that supplies stabilized 24VDC operating power to all gas detection channel cards installed in the 19-inch subrack. It receives unregulated 18–30VDC industrial DC power from external plant UPS or 24V power supply units, then distributes filtered, protected power to every slot backplane for catalytic pellistor cards (05701-A-0284), toxic gas 4–20mA transmitter cards (05701-A-0283), and main control cards (5701 / 5704). Integrated multi-level protection circuits prevent system damage from wiring errors, short circuits, overloads and reverse power polarity. A primary replaceable main fuse safeguards the whole rack, while per-slot current limiting circuits isolate single-channel faults to avoid total system power loss. Two split detachable orange terminal blocks separate field power wiring from module circuitry, enabling hot-swap card removal without stripping field cables. Front panel LED lights clearly display normal power status, overload alarm and short-circuit fault signals for rapid on-site troubleshooting. Conformal coated PCB, industrial grade wide-temperature hardware, EMC compliant design, suitable for long-term stable operation in petrochemical, oil & gas, power plant hazardous area safety control cabinets. Cannot operate standalone; must be installed in the dedicated power slot of System 57 rack to supply power to all gas monitoring channels. This card is a critical spare replacement part for legacy Honeywell System 57 gas safety monitoring systems, widely used for rack power circuit fault maintenance, cabinet renovation and routine system overhaul.

3. Core Hardware Advantages
1. Centralized rack power distribution, single card supplies stable filtered 24VDC to all gas detection channels, simplifies cabinet internal power wiring layout
2. Multi-layer fault isolation protection: single channel short circuit will not cut off power for the entire gas monitoring rack, avoids full safety system shutdown
3. Split detachable terminal blocks support hot replacement, no need to disconnect field power cables during maintenance, greatly reduces safety system downtime
4. Visual LED power/overload/fault indication on front panel, field technicians quickly locate power circuit faults without test instruments
5. Wide temperature industrial hardware + full conformal coated PCB, stable continuous operation in high-vibration, high-dust hazardous area industrial control cabinets
4. Typical Application Scenarios
• Petrochemical refinery System 57 gas detection rack central power supply spare distribution card
• Offshore oil & gas platform flammable/toxic gas safety cabinet main power feed module
• Thermal power plant gas turbine workshop boiler room combustible gas monitoring rack power distribution board
• Chemical plant hazardous production zone fire & gas detection control rack power hub card
• Old Honeywell System 57 gas safety cabinet upgrade overhaul, daily power circuit fault replacement spare 05701-A-0325 power card
